Order Processing Time

  • If the item is in stock, most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 2 business days. You will be notified via email if an item is out of stock.

  • Allow up to 2 additional days for ring sizing if you select a ring size other than the indicated standard ring size. Refer to the product detail page for the standard ring size.

  • Personalized jewelry orders require 4-6 weeks on average for processing.

  • Orders received after 3:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day.
